“ One of my favorite liquor stores is just a second away from me, and I love it not only for its convenience but also because it's enormous and has just about everything you could think of. I truly appreciate that they have a fridge stocked with cold wine, Prosecco, and Champagne, which are usually my go-to drinks--it's so convenient to grab one and have it ready to enjoy. However, I've noticed that the customer service can be a bit hit or miss. Sometimes they warmly greet you and ask if you've found everything okay, while other times you may feel a bit ignored. That's the only reason I'm not giving it a full five stars. ”

“ Good selection of wine, that is why I keep returning. Older blond woman who is at the register is absolutely rude. I buy several bottles of wine at a time and she always grabs a bag to put them in. Mind you a small bag. When I ask for a box or retrieve one for myself she is always extremely annoyed. That is why they save all of the boxes at the front of the store. Then she barks out orders... ummm I am the customer. I would be fired from my retail job if I treated people like this on a daily basis. Is she related to the owners? ”

Fran at the register is wonderful!! Fran's easy going personality and her efficiency is great! She always has a smile on her face when you walk up to her register , always talking with you . “ How can a package store be 5 stars, this one can just because of the excellent customer service they provide, without condescension, and without a sales push either, just right in their wine department. The store is large and have a great selection, however the wine service is what sets them apart. Many years ago they recommended what is now one of my favorite white Pinot Grigio, and today as I entered looking for a specific wine I knew that A I would find it there and B the gentleman on the floor would help me, and this was exactly what happened. If I lived nearby it would be my go to. I've visited another store closer to my home that is touted and wins awards for their wine selection and it doesn't compare to this store at all, also they have a chain store beat on their customer service hands down. ”

“ The BEST liquor store in town! I say this for many reeasons. I moved to the town of Brantford in August 2018 & I had never gone in until maybe 7 months ago I could not believe how humongous it was inside you will definitely need a shopping cart. They have stuff that you cannot find anywhere else. When the pandemic hit on their web page you can create an account to curbside pickup as well as have it delivered. Delivery is even better! Even if you don't want delivery you can check to see what's in stock before you go in. I was purchasing stuff for my sister and brother-in-law for belated mother's day Father's day gifts for them to take up state NY for vacations & everybody who works there definitely knows what they're talking about and give good suggestions / advice since I don't drink beer my brother-in-law does he likes IPAs so my sister gave me one brand but I wanted to get him several different varieties. He was extremely happy. This place is so close to me it will definitely be my new go to. If you order delivery they call you when they're leaving the delivery right before yours. such a wonderful smooth transaction all around in every aspect. You will definitely need to use the shopping cart when you go in. ”

“ Super nice and large store. They have a wide variety of basically everything alcohol related here that you would ever need or want. Stopped in here last week on the way home from dinner, just to browse. Too bad we missed a tasting by a half an hour. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They used to carry cheeses near the wine section, but I think they did away with that. I heard any liquor store isn't allowed to sell food related items (that can potentially mask the smell of alcohol)... I'd say this is probably the best package store for miles. ”
